Live Table Guide

About

Live Table Guide is written by the Live Table Guide Editorial Team. It covers table games and live dealer tables open to players in Canada: roulette, blackjack, baccarat and craps, and how live dealer games work.

Why compare tables rather than games

The basic rules of roulette or blackjack are easy to find. What is harder to find is how one real table differs from another, and those differences are where the cost of play changes. A double-zero wheel almost doubles the house edge of a single-zero one. La Partage halves it on even-money bets. A 6:5 blackjack payout costs about 1.4% of every bet compared with 3:2. So we read each table’s own rules document and compare tables, not just games.

What we publish

  • Tables of live roulette and blackjack rules: wheel type, even-money rules, payouts, the dealer’s soft-17 rule, decks and the limits each casino shows.
  • Guides to playing roulette, blackjack, baccarat and craps, with the arithmetic shown.
  • An explanation of how live dealer games run: betting windows, results and voided rounds.

What we do not publish

No betting systems presented as ways to win, no ratings or star scores, no player reviews and no invented experts. We do not log in to casinos or play for real money, so table details visible only after login are marked Not confirmed.

How we are funded

Some casino operators pay us a commission when readers reach them through partner links. The affiliate disclosure explains how that works. How we check tables is in our methodology, and how we write is in our editorial policy.
